For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of mental health, creative liberation, and embodied spirituality. My path has taken me from corporate rooms to candlelit circles, guiding both professionals and artists back to the place where their power lives: Presence. I’ve trained voices to speak with authenticity, led retreats that stir up what’s been sleeping, and facilitated emotional release experiences where grief and joy dance side by side.
Whether I’m teaching, performing, mentoring, or simply holding space, I return again and again to one thing:
